This company is fantastic. They are great at customer service, timely in repairs and responses, and really detailed in the work that they do. I've had them respond to numerous emergencies and they make sure they leave with me feeling that the problem had been resolved to my liking. They are not someone to cut corners.

This company has also installed my sliding glass door as well as completely replacing my roof on my back porch. The jobs were done and in a timely matter and I am very happy with the workmanship

I had them come install a new roof they where quick and efficient. The workers where knowledgeable and friendly and made sure i understood every step of the process, since then i have had them come and do several other projects including new floors and a closet remodel as well as a new patio and awning. They are amazing to work with and if i have another project i will call them first and see if they can do it.

This is my first experience with Home Adviser. I needed a small second story bathroom window installed. Not a replacement window, an entirely new window. I'd waited too long to make the decision to put one in and didn't think I was going to find an installer in time. I'd never used IC Touch, LLC before, but this was the only business that came up for my contractor search. Initially Home Adviser said "3 windows minimum" so I thought I was out of luck. 30 minutes after I ran my search I got a call from Ricky. He said he'd do 1 window. He came out, gave me a bid, showed up for the job when he said he would and did a great job! I am very pleased with my window. I was really lucky to get Ricky on short notice to put in the second story bathroom window. To install the window he had to partially demo the existing acrylic tub/shower (which was being replaced) so I knew there was no turning back once he started. He did a great job, the window is straight and centered. He not only does great work, he's a nice family man and easy to have around. I will definitely recommend him to friends and hire him again. As a footnote for anyone wondering why he didn't do the bathroom remodel. My brother, who lives out of state, does bathroom remodels and did part of of and I'm a do it your-self-er, and I'll finish it, but there are things I don't do and I'll be calling Ricky next time I need something done.
