He came to work at the time we agreed upon did a great job explained everything as he did the job. Great customer service. I will recommend him to all my family and friends and everyone at my church.

Israel was recommended to me by my sister-in-law and mother-in-law. He was quick when replying back to me on his availability and showed up early to the job. I had two toilets that had problems and the previous plumber did not complete the job and I was getting the run-around with my home warranty company who couldn't get a straight answer from the previous plumber that had contracted. I waited a whole month before giving up working with them. I'm very pleased with Israel's work and he was quick. He happened to see my screen door was slamming while installing the toilets and had that fixed as well.

I recently went through a list of contractors for doing repairs on a pathway fence. Out of 5 contractors, Israel was the ONLY one who actually responded to my request. He asked me the type of fencing the no. of posts needing repair and asked that I send along a photo. After sending along the info., he got back to me within a matter of mins. and he knew exactly where to purchase the grape fencing to do the repairs. He also suggested putting in concrete to hold the posts since they were going into the same holes. He gave me a quote over the phone and came to do the work the very next morning!! I realize ours was a smaller job, and I appreciate that he made time to fit it into his schedule. I am thrilled with the way the fence turned out! Israel is reliable, affordable, personable and does excellent, quality work. I plan to use him for other future projects. A++!!

ICR Plumbing provided exceptional service. I had a major problem where water was coming through the garage from the bathtub drain, "waste over flow " Israel was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem in less than a day's time. First he had to remove a heavy bookcase that was nailed to garage wall to access area, he removed and replaced all the sheet rock and pipe connected to bathtub. He did an awesome job and was very personable and honest, His price was reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone in need of home improvement, as he is knowledgeable in many areas and does great work! I will definitely call him again on more projects! He is The Best!. He went above and beyond his call of duty and helped me cut up other stuff with his electric saw so I could go to the dump. He even emptied my lawn mower bag for me which was not part of the job. He also is an expert at plumbing and has many years of experience.

Israel is the best. He fixed a bathroom fan for us within a few days of the request. He called me before buying the part and gave me an estimate immediately. We will be calling him again.

I was so pleased with Israel. He arrived on time, did an excellent job of clearing both duplex drains. Our tenants were impressed with his knowledge and also his friendliness. We were glad to find Israel and will definitely use him again for our plumbing needs.
