This generator install was excellent from the sales pitch, to the complete hookup. This team is excellent with customer service, very efficient, and very professional. They made sure all of our questions were answered, and even found and corrected an electrical issue we had in our panel box. Robert M was our salesman, and was very knowledgeable about all the options. He helped us decide on a generator that fit our needs perfectly. Mike R., Alex C., and Ryan p. We're our installers. They were very pleasant to work with and made sure we understood everything that would be needed with the upkeep of the generator. I highly recommend this team!!!

They r a little pushy about selling u a generator, The tech that did the wiring was fast and did a good job, The only thing I did not appreciate is he stood there waiting for a Tip, I do tip every time I get work done but do not stand there and wait like u r entitled to a tip for doing your JOB

Great product vs. cost ratio. Electrical inspector who checked their work, as required, after installation remarked that 'this company always does good work.' Completed the work in less than a day with little intrusion into my at home activities. One thing I would add is I wish they had spent a little more time explaining the controls and operation. I still don't know what the one circuit breaker on the outside does or if/when it would be used.
