Very nice and courteous people. They were here on time and worked hard and fast and cleaned-up when they were done. I was somewhat disappointed with a couple of the features of the system that I thought I should of been made aware of before they were done. In conclusion, I think they did a fair job. I had 4 quotes from various providers for a whole home generator install. Ethan from Hurricane made it feel like a consultation, not a sales pitch. I immediately felt Comfortable with the down to earth explanation and decided he had earned my business. The install team came in, explained everything, installed the generator and cleaned up after themselves. There are a lot of companies you can choose to do business with, but these folks really earn every dollar. Make them your choice. You wonâ t be disappointed.
