Hugo's Tree Service

He charged me $1500 for the day and only got 1/2 acre cleared. I expected him to get a lot more done, especially since I told him he could just pile everything up and not worry about cleaning it out. I called other tree services, and got similar price quotes, telling me that they could get about 2 1/2 acres cleared in a day. He only had one guy working with him. My husband went to check on them once and they were just sitting around, he said. Then I came by later to check, and Hugo wasn t even there. I asked the worker where he was, and he told me that he had to meet another customer about another job. I payed him for a full days worth of work, so I would expect him to be working on my job and not to be off busy with the next job. And he left his worker with only an ax and machete to work with. He took the big equipment with him. Then they left a few stumps still in the ground. They did good job for only having two people and with what little equipment they had, but I just expected more for the price. I wish I had used one of the other companies.

Would give a 10 if possible. Hugo and his crew are fast and hard working. Best price and the best job plus they clean up like they were never there. Great working with a honest, dependable pro who knows and loves his job. He makes sure it is done right and to your satisfaction. No doubt that I will use his service again.

Hugo provided excellent service. He did the job that we asked of him, promptly, professionally and had great follow-up.

Prompt to site. Cut down a large oak that was close to the house. Took about an hour to do the job and clean up everything. We would certainly use their services again.

These men did excellent work. I like that they left everything clean, even picking up dead limbs that were in the yard. I plan to hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service.
