Carlos Garcia's Hometown Floor Covering. LLC laid 755 sq ft of 3/4" solid wood floor in my house in Oct 2022. It has buckled at the walls, and throughout the house the planks are uneven and raised. I have attempted to connect Carlos by phone, email and on Facebook, but he has blocked me. I had 2 floor installers over to make repairs, and both told me the whole floor needs to be replaced. The flooring supplier who assigned Carlos Garcia to me no longer use him. As my discussion with them, they told Carlos he was to stay at the job site, and he didn't. It was obvious his men were untrained, and they couldn't speak English. I had to buy 3 more boxes of flooring because of improper cutting. When I wrote his check he wanted it in his personal name. Carlos Garcia has bad business practices. On his business web page, he "guarantees his work" and he implies he's not a 'shady contractor'! I warned Carlos Garcia, Hometown Floor Covering, LLC months I would send out bad reviews.

We met Carlos several years ago and he has done floor tile and carpeting throughout our house. Recently he did our kitchen floor and soon to do our entryway. He and his crew are top notch. Dependable, punctual, finish the job in a timely manner. They clean everything up. Very mannerly and respectful as well. We highly recommend them. Give them a try, you won't be sorry. Our flooring throughout our home is beautiful! We had all bedroom carpet replaced, and hardwood put in our master. Great work, great price!

This company I highly recommend for all your flooring needs. They were very professional and very respectful.The job was completed with perfection,and they were very clean and on time and for the price your not gonna beat these guys.I was very pleased with the final results of my floor and I will recommend this company to all my friends and family
