The sales process was fantastic, as was the installation process, with a couple of caveats: 1. The right-side door casing on the exterior is not flush with the house (it angles inward on the door side); 2. The spacing is so tight between the active door and the astragal that it catches at the deadbolt when closing, making the door not close as smoothly as it should. We knew going in that the wait time was 6-8 weeks, which was kind of a bummer. We love the doors, though.

The installers arrived on time and they put out canvas work sheets to protect the floor before they stated the removal of the old door. They were careful not to damage any of the walls on both inside and out. Both of them worked steady to get the job done on time. They also installed a door sensor for our security system and tested it to see if it was working with the panel. They also installed a security deadbolt on the door that works with the alarm system before they left. They cleaned the work area before leaving. A Job, Well Done...

HomeStory Doors did an excellent job from the beginning to the end. All the Employees were very courteous and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this door company to replace your doors.

Love this company! They did a great job for us seven years ago with new interior and closet doors when we were selling our house, so when we wanted to update closet doors at our new place, we knew who to call! Outstanding product, service, and installation.
