Tim is very knowledgeable, prompt and thorough. This was a pre-inspection of my parents home, who passed last year, so I'm not that familiar with the home. He gave me great tips for what needed to get done before it's put on the market. Great report!

I was referred to Tim via my real estate agent. One thing that attracted me to Tim was that his website and my real estate agent stated he was big on customer service. After agreeing to work with each other, Tim performed three home inspections for me, and he made them as enjoyable as possible. During the inspections, Tim was very thorough; looking at everything from the roof, garage, foundation, appliances, home insulation, and the list goes on. Also, during the inspection, Tim explained all issues to me so I had a solid understanding of what would be in my final report. Tim's explanations ended up being very educational and also helped with planning for the home I ended up purchasing. After completion of the inspection, Tim provides an easy to read the report that documents all of the issues (with photos) noted during the inspection. Overall, Tim was great to work with and he did all 3 of my inspections for a reason.

Tim was prompt and thorough with the inspection. We also had him do our radon testing. He took the time to explain to me each of the problems with the home we are buying and especially explained what was expected to be expensive to fix. At the end of the inspection he e-mailed me the full report which included pictures of each problem area. I hired him because of the high ratings on Home Advisor and I was not disappointed. He even followed up the visit with a phone call to be sure my husband and I both fully understood his report. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again if we should need this service.
