Write a ReviewDo not book this company to open your pool. $500 later and our pool was still not swim ready. The opening package is misleading because the owner told me that it would still need multiple visits in order for the water to be blue and clear. And of course those extra visits cost in addition to the cost of chemicals. Nothing is included and it is giving SCAM. He also dismissed our concerns and made very smart-elic comments, making a mockery of the fact that we gave him a lot of money and still were not able to swim in our pool. Poor customer service and a waste of money!
We informed this customer (1st time pool owner) that a pool green with Algae would not be swim ready after just one treatment. Most of the cost she is upset about was for chemicals. We communicated very clearly in advance what she should expect... We find it interesting that she failed to mention that her pool went from very green to blue after just one treatment (We have documentation). She also called and thanked us for the great job our technician did. We strongly recommended to her that more visits were needed, to get chemistry balanced and to prevent water from reverting back to green. She declined.
Quick & reliable team

Excellent work. They were fast, knowledgeable, and communicated well. The pricing was competitive and they were up-front about any potential increases. They also pointed out areas that were possibly going to give me issues next season and offered solutions. I was very glad I hired them. No hassle.
I hired Scott to clean my pool. He came to give me an estimate for services but upon assessment of the pool he did not complete the job. This was not a bad thing. He didn’t complete the job because of his integrity , professionalism and kindness. He could have completed the job just for financial gain but he did not. He pointed out some things that needed to be corrected/repaired before he could do the cleaning. Another company with less integrity would likely have done the job anyway! I usually don’t write reviews but this one has to be submitted . In a world where everyone finds it difficult to trust strangers this company has won my trust!! I will reach out to them in the future!! If your looking for a company that will be honest with you.. this is the company.. Thank you Scott
I hired this company to open and clean my pool. I specifically asked are going to have my pool clean and ready. Needless to say, I paid him $200.00 plus I bought all my own chemicals. He poured the chemicals Into the pool. That was it. He put a robot cleaner in the pool that was it. He did not skim my pool He did not vacuum my pool. He did even asked if I was satisfied with the service. He came to my house got the robot and left. knock on door nothing. No, follow-up call or text. The entire bottom of my pool once it cleared up (yea it was not clear either ) was full of dirt and algae. So guess who cleaned the pool after all? I could have saved 200.00 if I knew I was hiring someone to open the chlorine bags. Do not hire this guy. And my pool is not the only person he did this to either. He did it to my friend as well.
It was pleasant and very easy to work with. Explained information well and price was affordable.
Water Wizard Pro was great. Very knowledgeable & great customer service.
Very knowledgeable
He only opened the pool but did not have any tools. Expected us to have everything. Also did not screw down grommets yet charged for removing the pool safety cover. Came in with no tools. Not acceptable.
I am sorry you weren't satisfied with your service. I did miss lowering the safety cover screws.. I do apologize for that. Before I left, I did ask you to take a look at my work and let me know if you were satisfied or if I missed anything. You came out inspected everything and said you were satisfied. In addition to opening the pool I did provide a free pool cleaning and when I left the water was no longer green but blue. When I did the pool evaluation, the written pool contract (which you agreed too) stated that you would provide your pool vacuum, pole, brush and net. I would have been happy to provide my own, if I was informed you need
