      We had our kitchen cabinet refacing done by Kurtis Kitchen in 2022, and while we encountered a few issues with defects in both the material and installation, their warranty repair service truly met our expectations. Andy, the technician who came to inspect the problems, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Not only did he address the issues we reported, but he also identified additional concerns that we hadn't noticed before. His thorough examination showcased the commitment to quality service that we appreciate as customers. Throughout the entire process, communication with Andy was exceptionally smooth. He kept us informed every step of the way, providing updates and ensuring that our concerns were understood and addressed promptly. The actual repair work was conducted by their skilled installer last Monday. We are delighted to share that all the identified problems were rectified efficiently, and the final result is great. Overall, we are very satisfied with the warranty repair service provided by Kurtis Kitchen. Despite the initial challenges, their team's professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication turned the experience around. We highly recommend Kurtis Kitchen for their excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

      The staff was friendly and professional however there appeared to have been a disconnect with the communication between the team which resulted in the kitchen sink not being secured, areas missing caulk and small section of my cabinets chipped off. These issues may stem from me being told that from one team that when the other team comes out, they will take care of it and when that team arrives, them stating "they don't do that". There are teams that work on taking the doors to the warehouse, countertop installers, etc..etc.
