This is a wonderful place. Kim and her sister provide extra personal customer service. I have had furniture refinished, upholstered and have purchased most of my daughters house with furniture from this shop. This isnâ t just a shop to me. Itâ s coming home!

I met the owner, Kim, while looking for a place to have an antique bonnet chest restored. I took this piece to her and after a lot of very thoughtful questions from her, we decided she would repair and update this piece. The finished product took my breath away! She took a lot of time to ask about the room and decor our likes and dislikes and checked in with us on colors and patterns throughout the process! We've now had her update/restore 9 additional pieces, and counting! Attached is a before and 2 after shots of the bonnet chest. This was my motherâ  s hope chest from 1942 and had water damage on top. Kim refinished it and put on new veneer. Cleaned up and finished inside.

Kim is one of the loveliest people I have ever met. She repaired and upholstered a seat on a rocking chair I had bought from my neighbor! She took great care In asking me what I was looking for and the over feel I wanted for my chair. The fabric was exactly what I wanted and she fixed the stain to enhance the wood etching on the back of the chair! It is perfect!!! I would 100% recommend Home Remedies! I have also taken one of their craft classes and it was so much fun! Looking forward to another one!
