The carpet stretching was fine. My carpet is perfectly flat now.

These guys did amazing at getting a previously horrible carpet job stretched and corrected. Communication was very quick and efficient and were on time exactly when they said theyd be there. Price was just fine and work was done to excellent satisfaction. Hopefully I dont have to use them again, but will definitely be getting a hold of them again when something is beyond my skill set.

From a 1/2 bathroom to a full bathroom going with HomePros LLC. to finish our basement bathroom was the best decision we could have made. Our experience with JR, Carlos, and the entire team was excellent on every level. They were honest, respectful, on schedule, and the workmanship was superior. Any problem was addressed immediately. We couldn't be happier they’re skilled at their work and they’ve always exceed our expectations with the finished project. Jr and his team were super fast and responsive. Just needed some new pad and carpet re-streched and they did it so fast. Literally from the time I sent in a request to them coming out and getting it done it was about 4 hours. Highly recommend these guys for any carpet stretching needs!

JR and Home Pros did a great job stretching our carpet, and showed that they are professionals who truly care! Unfortunately, and because of no fault of JR (a previous repair done incorrectly made our wall weak), a wall was damaged while he was stretching the carpet. JR dropped everything he was doing and had the damage repaired within a day. He did quality work quickly (the wall actually looks better now than it did), and came through on every promise he made. Accidents can happen in any industry and it speaks volumes about a company as to how they are handledâ ¦JR handled it in the most professional and best way possible. Weâ ll definitely hire Home Pros again and continue to highly recommend them!

I posted and immediately heard from home pros. I explained my needs and he quoted me a min price. Then asked for pictures. I sent some pictures and he got nervous and wanted to come look at it for an actual bid. I said ok. He said he would come the next day. We text several times thru out the day and they never showed. I was very disappointed. I believe let your yes be yes and no be no. The following day he text just before 10 and said they would be here in couple hours. I assumed a couple meant 2. So by 12:30 I had not heard from. He then said 1:30 and the installer showed up and looked at the project. Called his boss and spoke in Spanish. (I donâ t know Spanish). Then the boss gave me a price. I was frustrated and wanted the work done. So I agreed. The installer Richard was great. Did a quick job. Cleaned up and vacuumed. Very polite. I would have given 5 stars if the communication on scheduling would have been better. I had things to do and errands to run that I didnâ t do as I waited all day for them. But overall the price was fair and they got the work done. Thanks. Yes I would use again
