Too many problems to list. It started with an untrue statement that Home Pro is the only certified GAF contractor in the area. That is absolutely false! Go to https://www.gaf.com/en-us/roofing-contractors/residential to pick a wonderful, authorized contractor. Home Pro does not make the list because they are not Presidents Club or Master Elite. Phil and his team refused to fix the problems, did not obtain the correct permits (I can document this through the Allen County Building Department), and would not fix the issues they caused. I have substantial amounts of money to spend to fix their mistakes. When I asked for an adjustment to the final bill, I was told that if I did not pay in full they would **slap a lien on the house and suck the equity out of it**. Please, USE ANYBODY ELSE!

We Recently purchased windows from Home Pro. The windows are durable and look great. Installers came in and got all the windows finished up in one day, they made sure to clean everything up inside and out. Such a great company to work with. Looking forward to working with them on all our future home improvements

I love my new windows! The installation process was quick and well done! The office did not schedule the appointment and I was surprised when I received a "reminder" call. They called wondering if they had an appointment to collect payment when a week before we met with them and signed paperwork for payments and gave them a down payment.

We had Home Pro put new roof, gutters, and fascia on our home. We are very satisfied with the job. the workers were very professional and courteous. They were careful to pick up all the old roofing material and even made sure that all the nails in the yard were picked up. We would definitely recommend Home Pro to anyone looking for new roofing and gutters Tom & Bonnie Felger
