Communication with Home Pro, once you agree to use their service, is a hassle, to say the least. They are not very responsive and they take a long time if they ever do decide to respond. They installed a few skylights and never trimmed them, so you can see into the roof. They had agreed to come back to trim, and did once, but did not do the job and never responded to me reaching out.

Chimney flashing repair unacceptable. Roofing & eves replacement great.

This in my opinion is an exceptional company! Right from the start we met with an exceptional sales representative for giving a quote who is very knowledgeable and gave us an amazing price. Friendly courteous and very professional. stepping to the next step of scheduling to have the work done was simply a breeze with this company and was totally effortless. Again very friendly and professional. The crew that was sent, absolutely amazing! They took care of our 23 square of shingles with a full tear off and replacement in one day. It was an absolute pleasure watching them work. They were also friendly and courteous and try to be as non-intrusive as possible. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone for all of your repair and remodeling needs.

The guys replaced an old, ant infested, rotting bay window overlooking patio, with sliding glass patio doors. Couldn't be happier! Thanks guys!

We decided to use Home Pro to replace the roof of our Schoolhouse in Spencerville, IN. This old building still had its original slate roof since 1898. It was a huge undertaking as the leaks were starting to do damage to the inside second floor areas. We were so happy with the products this company offers, the professionalism of the crews, the competitive prices and the clean up afterwards. We did have a lot of rain this summer that put our project back a bit further than we were hoping. There's just one section that didn't get shingles, but apparently, it's not supposed to because its a "California draft" metal section. Weird. But now its DONE and BEAUTIFUL! It is under a great warranty and we are very happy! Thanks Guys!

Asked to have one window replaced, but entertained the option of financing to have all my windows replaced. Denied due to high student loan debt. Salesperson tried to have me go through a high interest lender and put a lien on my car. I told him no, I just want the one window replaced so that I could pay cash. I was told he needdd to speak with his manager to reschedule another appointment to come out and remeasure the window for a second time. Never heard from him again. Never trust a salesperson who pulls up in brand new sportscar! Very unprofessional

Customer service was lacking at first but onceDustin got involved everything went great. Dustin was great. Very happy with the job. They did roofing and siding on my shed.

Did a great job on the roof and clean up afterwards. Were slow about coming back to do the facia. Roof and facia work all look grate now. Pleased with how it came out.

Roofing is outsourced which we did not know. Still have gap under soffit. Did not do cleanup as discussed during sales call. Workers did not stay on job until project was done as promised. Asked for credit no discussion. They called daily until we paid final bill. Extremely disappointed overall based on money we spent.
