We drove about and hour to see the show room and we didn't want to make a second trip so we took our time. Patrick was so patient and really knowledgeable. He answered all the questions we had and gave some insightful suggestions. We ended up purchasing that same day got our new exterior doors installed right after the holidays by David who was also professional and nice . The price was great as well. We are actually planning on working with them again for or patio door. overall great experience.

We had been burglarized so looking for new doors under this condition was very stressful. After explaining our need and why to Patrick, he took his time with us in our selection process. We walked through the show room and he showed us several examples of doors to choose from, as well as discussing the install and painting of the doors. He was very understanding and in my opinion did an excellent job in helping us decide on the best doors for us.

My door has been ordered, I am awaiting installation. The showroom has many options to choose from. I changed my initial rating from "5" to "4" due to communication & follow up on my project. My actual installation date was changed "2" days before, I was told that I would be contacted the following week, I was not. A week later I reached out and was told that the person handling my installation was going to be on vacation for "2" weeks. They were on vacation during the initial start date as well (that is what I was told). The final product & workmanship is excellent, communication when there is a problem (the ball was dropped) remain vigilant.

Very happy about the customer interaction, prompt turn out, and quality job done. They know doors, and what to do with odd sized old door to replace with a new one. I went to them after having a failed experience with Lowe's for the same project. Incomparably better experience with Home Liquidation Discount Doors.
