This company came out 3 times to install/repair my front door and the door still does not close properly and allows moisture in. One of the visits included complete removal and reinstall of the door causing me to have to paint the door several times which incurred additional costs. Also giving an overall shabby appearance as the same door and frame have been fitted into this one space multiple times. The initial call was fielded with great customer service, but after the issue could not be resolved on the 1st or 2nd repair visit the vendor communication began to dissipate while the issues that have been present since installation remain. 3 different individuals came to my home in attempts to repair including the company owner. I was promised this issue would be resolved but it has not been. The door was fully paid for an originally installed in April.

The expert door installer was excellent in hanging both doors. The doors look awesome and hold back the cold air unlike the previous two doors. The prices were the best and the door quality was better than I had expected.

The rep was knowledgeable, and on time . The product was of a great quality. I am very well pleased. The installer made quick work of the installation. He even cleaned up afterwards putting everything back the way he found it. I have already recommended this company, and will do again.
