Zach's customer service skills are an example of what is needed more of in this world. Eric's mannerisms were also extensively acceptable which was appreciaed. Daniel and the crew were respectable and I didnt have any Mcomplaints at all. The workmanship was and very kind and courteous of our home. The way they cleaned up was astounding and we don't underestimate that importance. Dylan and Lenny were responsible and communicative during the install. Of course there are always room for minor improvements but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Everything was excellent from the sales all the way to the crew finishing. It was a surprisingly quiet and professional job by the workers and they cleaned up tremendously. Zach the sales rep, Dylan the project manager & Leo's roofing crew all carried themselves with class and professionalism. We definitely recommend!

The sales rep did a great job of ensuring operations went smoothly. Both the roof and gutters came out wonderful & I'm proud to be the first owner of Timbersteel through this company. We are currently going through extremely trying times and the project manager Dylan met me at the house the day of material delivery with flowers and a positive attitude that made me confident everything would be done correctly. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt like family rather than customers and it was beyond appreciated.

Everybody from start to finish was great, big shout out to Zach for a great presentation and proper explanations, and the crew for working hard and they were very personable and considerate of my homes situation.   9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
