"After working with our previous pool company for over 10 years, we found ourselves facing a frustrating and expensive season. They told us that our salt cell and control board might need replacing, each costing around $1,000, and they couldn't figure out why our pump wasn't priming properly. This led to constant issues with our pool since opening, causing us to spend nearly $1,000 on chemicals just to keep everything somewhat stable. On top of that, we had to manually prime the pump every day for weeks--an absolute headache. Enter Mark from All Pool Service. Mark quickly diagnosed the issues and implemented simple but effective solutions. By adjusting the cell's setting and tightening some connections, he got our equipment back in working order in no time. The salt cell started working instantly, and the pump's priming problem was resolved. Mark also brought the right chemicals to stabilize the pool, and within a day, it was crystal clear. Thanks to Mark, what had been a nightmare of a pool season turned around completely. We're incredibly grateful to have our pool back to its normal, easy-to-maintain state.
