While the project started rough, it ended well. The project manager was replaced mid project and Kevin [Provider Name Removed] took over and saw the project to completion. He was an excellent communicator and the installers did a great job as well. Home Genius management also made sure that all issues were satisfactorily resolved and in the end, we are very pleased with the results.

Kevin Short the project manager were very knowledgeable on what the project detailed. His crew were also professional and knowledgeable about their project. We recently had our windows, doors and siding replaced with Home Genus. From the start (Sales), to the finished product (installation) our experience was phenomenal. Our project manager, AJ Smith, was professional and knowledgeable addressing all questions swiftly. He worked hand and hand with the installation crew manager, Alex, both willing to discuss any concerns and a few after sale changes. The crew was professional and efficient in their trade. We did our due diligence prior to selecting Home Genus and felt pricing was competitive. My husband and I felt valued as customers and would recommend this company to friends and family.

Home Genius provided me with an excellent service, and I highly recommend them. It's been a positive experience from the moment I called to schedule an appointment, had the service representative came at my residence, had the order processor to schedule the installation, leading up to the installation process. I would like to commend the Project Manager, AJ Smith, for being so professional and courteous. He made sure that the job was done right. He treated his workers with respect wherein he brought them breakfast since they started work early. He also rolled his sleeve and painted himself while his workers were finishing up the work.
