Very professional from start to finish. My Hardi plank siding had cracks and broken pieces missing. I had to replace that side of my house. Home Genuis did an excellent job replacing my siding. They started on time and finished on time and effectively communicated each step. The Project manager AJ was superb.

Yes! Even after receiving the first order with incorrect color choices, which I am going to attribute to my rep and myself not being on the same page. A J Smith and his crew were phenomenal all the way through the process. I would recommend them to my neighbors and actually did.

Project began much sooner than expected so I was glad about that. Communication was fairly well. The project itself was also quick and I've already received compliments from my neighbors. Overall the crew did a fine job. I'd recommend their services!

Our experience with this company has been stellar! From our initial contact with Cannon, our salesperson, the wonderfully helpful scheduler, Kiersten, and AJ, the project manager and his crew for the installation and closing, everyone was friendly and professional. As a former Virginia Class A contractor who has done this kind of work and understands the challenges, I can tell you that these people are spectacular. I wish I would have had these employees working for me back when I was a builder. Any fool can climb up on a roof and nail down shingles, but this construction crew was prompt to arrive on time, got to work immediately, and stripped and replaced twenty-three squares of shingles in one day while doing an outstanding job, with no flaws or defects that I could find. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable for the work we contracted and the 50-year warranty on the roof. In my experience, when you hire out a job, there are three factors: cost, quality, and timeliness, and you get to pick which two you want. What we asked and paid for was top-quality materials and workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and that is what we received. If you are looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, top-of-the-line quality, at a reasonable price point, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. I suspect you will not be disappointed.

When the crew came to my house and started the project they were working wide open for two days removing old siding gutters and trim. They installed new siding trim and gutters cleaned up everything. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs work on their home. Thank you again for your help with my project. John and Cinbdy
