10 out of 10. Workers very competent and friendly. Supervisor Mark and Foreman Elmer very responsive with requests and communication. Job looks beautiful. Only (tiny) hitch was it took longer than advertised, but since we had no deadline, it was not a problem. Unexpected problems with original siding were resolved quickly and fairly. They even fixed a soffit problem for free that was not in the signed contract.

I actually had my roof done . Mark was my pm . So professional. Took the time to come inside and explain anything I asked.Wonderful experience. They came out and did my roof it looks great. Everything look good !

They were the first to call and offer a quote. They nogotiated the price with me and I felt the price was worth the work for complete gutter replacement, to include new wood, trim, gutters with leaf gaurds and all new down spouts. The wood and trim was accomplished first. I was very happy with the work Mark Johnson's crew did an outstanding job! The trim was secure and sealed very well also completed in one afternoon.

New ROOFS - 2 (this site gives only new windows as options). Great decision on our part: HGE offered best value for the price, including best warrantee. One week from initial home visit to completion. Incredible, really, when I think about all the moving parts throughout this project. Highly recommend HGE! And Mark Lassiter, Sales Rep on ESVA/Northampton County a d project manager Mark Johnson: you all knocked this one out the park.

We actually had a couple of roofs put on. The whole process from initial inspection and price negotiation to final install was amazing. Mark Johnson the project manager was absolutely fantastic. The install team found a couple of issues after they did the tear off. The problems were fixed without question. Thank you Home Genius. We?ll refer you all as often as we can. Great work!
