Home Genius did a tremendous job with my siding. I’m on the verge of happy tears from how much nicer my house looks. Unbelievable, complete 180 turnaround. Project managers did their job and so did the crew.

I never thought that id have such a productive experience with a contractor. Home Genius did what they were supposed to do and i couldnt have asked for more. The whole process from sitting down with your sales rep to getting the job done was seamless and flawless. Everyone was direct and impressive with their knowledge. Taylor made sure everything was wrapped up impeccably at the end. I love how everything turned out, my Siding and gutters.

Excellent work. From the beginning of the project to the end these guys were fully responsive and explained everything to this novice homeowner. Home Genius took great care of me and my home. They replace my roof with warp speed AND efficiency. Everything about my experience with them was beautiful. 5 stars is not enough to give them, I wish to give them 100 stars! Im going to tell all of my neighbors about Home Genius.

If this review was just for the installation team (Lorenzo's crew) and the foreman Ivan. I would give a 5 star. The home genius installers and foreman that came to my house were very efficient and did an amazing job. They helped me to move stuff around that I couldn't move myself. The foreman was very knowledgeable with answering all my questions. The only down fall with my project came from the sales team that they did not include the skirting to my house like discussed.whiched was priced too high beyond my quote for me to have it done. So I highly recommend this installation team and their foreman. As per the sales team, I would definitely triple check everything to make sure your getting everything done

We had to do an unexpected asbestos abatement, but the cost was reasonable. Contractors were very professional and job came out beautifully.

Home Genius did an exceptional job on my home. The makeover is unbelievable. The crew led by Ivan, Charlie, and Manny were very good at getting the job done right. From day one till the end Home Genius was onsite making sure every aspect of the job was done right.     HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
