"Chris and company did a fantastic job. We had a set time frame and they delivered a beautiful job on time with no problems. We also wanted to keep some of the charm of our colonial and make sure it did not look cookie cutter. Chris went over various options and styles that made our house pop! I looks great. The crew was professional and polite. They kept the work area clean and made a few adjustments on the fly to provide the look we wanted. We also needed a few extra items along with the siding. can't have new siding with out new storm doors. We also had 3 old windows we wanted replaced and also a new garage door. Chris added this to the work and it was seamless and very well done. There was no delay in the project. You maybe able to find someone cheaper (we got several bids) but you will not find a better contractor than Magnolia. Money well spent. Thanks Chris - well done!"

"I contacted Alex regarding a Structural Repair I needed for my home involving reinforcing a floor joist that had been damaged. This is a somewhat complex repair involving removing drywall, installing reinforcement beams, adding Lally columns, and working around other obstacles including plumbing and electrical wires. Alex had an in-depth knowledge of what was needed for the repair, and upon doing the actual work, ran into additional obstacles that he was able to work around with the utmost skill and precision. For example, in working around some of the electrical wires in the floor, he had to notch out some areas and install steel plates for additional protection of the wires. Great communication between emails, calls, and texts. Alex was very prompt at getting back to me regarding various aspects of the job including planning, modifications, and various other things. I typically research the work entailed myself ahead of time to get an idea of what is needed, and what to expect, and in the first few phone calls with Alex he touched upon just about everything I was going to inquire about. He had an excellent knowledge of the job requirements up front and went the extra step to use bolts, instead of nails, to lock the joists in place, which I was very happy about. The rest of his team was equally skilled and courteous. Once complete, the drywall was replaced, spackled, sanded, painted, and you would have no idea that any work had been done there at all. The entire area was cleaned thoroughly, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping. I very highly recommend them."

"Elmer and his team were amazing! Best contractors we ever hired. Efficient. Always on time. Worked continuously until the job was done. We hired him one day and he started the next day. He and his team renovated our entire house! He removed popcorn ceilings, painted throughout, put hardwood floors throughout. Gutted the kitchen and two bathrooms. Replaced cabinets, tile, toilets, expanded the shower and removed a jetted tub. Built a huge linen closet. Removed all trash and picked up new items. Replaced all kitchen appliances. Backsplash. "It is with deep satisfaction that I recommend Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction. Mr. George Grady is a skilled craftsman. He was hired to correct long neglected and extensive masonry and window issues on a large, beautiful Presbyterian Church built in the Civil War era in Philadelphia. The property was neglected with only minimal maintenance performed over the last 40+ years. The building was in severe decline and in need of stabilization and restoration on many fronts. Cracked ledge plates were chipped out and reestablished, internal walls damaged by leakage were broken out and repaired, brickwork was repointed and in severe cases reestablished to original strength and beauty. Leaks around the base of the building were addressed to stabilize deterioration of the foundation. Large rotted window sills under beautiful stained glass windows were restored after significant masonry reestablishment due to water damage under the rotted out sills. Broken and missing stained glass windows are in the process of repair and replacement. The process started with new metal frames cast by Mr. Grady. The new frames will hold clear painted replications of the original stained glass, also crafted by Mr. Grady. Regular windows all around the church and manse were also repaired and restored. Roof leaks were accurately identified and repaired. A sagging plaster ceiling has been torn out and restored. All this work was done by Mr. Grady alone or with an occasional helper. He worked with care, expertise and respect for the original structure. The results far exceeded our expectations and have injected new life into a building on the brink. This building, owned by the Presbytery of Philadelphia, now houses a new urban ministry in a newly gentrifying area of the city. We are happy to have had the good fortune to be connected to Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction by Service Magic."
