Fantastic contractor with fantastic crew members. They replaced our 45 year old tub/shower with tiled walk-in shower. We love it and just hired them to come back to update the rest of the bathroom. New floors, walls, toilet and accessories. Before and after pics of the tile shower job which included replacing the old particleboard cabinets with nice new hickory cabinets.

Carlos and his crew were fast and efficient. They were detailed caulking, prepping and painting. They cleaned up after. The exterior paint job was perfect!

We have remodeled several homes. Our experience at Anchor Bay with Higuera Construction far exceeded our expectations. Three years waiting for contractors. Carlos and Co got started within weeks of contacting them. Took great care to protect my wife's privacy and health needs. Showed up on time, wnt above and beyond on all aspects of the project, even picking up appliances. Used materials we had on hand without question. Were pleasant and had fun doing their jobs. We plan to have them back in the fall to do some more work for us.

Carlos and crew did an excellent job repairing our curvy custom porch and adding a door to a room in our house. The crew came punctually each day and worked around our schedule. I especially appreciated how Carlos took care to be quiet when our 4.5 month old baby was around. The results look quite nice, which can be challenging in a unique custom home. Would recommend Higuera to others, and am looking forward to working with them again in the future.
