Remodeling can be stressful, and working with High Touch and Guy as the general contractor made the project far less stressful. Guy was great at communicating every step of the remodel, working with me to find solutions, respecting my home and the condo building's common areas. In the end, my master bath was completely transformed and absolutely lived up to expectations in both quality and aesthetics. I would definitely recommend High Touch and would happily work with Guy and his crew again for future projects.

We had our master bathroom completely remodeled, installed recess lights in living room, dining room and bedroom, and had some painting job done. It was absolutely a delightful experience to work with Guy and his team. They live up to every compliment I heard before. Guy is extremely patient with us, not only he updated us on the project status every day and answered every question we had, but also made his best effort to meet our requests even though some of them were not reasonable. Each client who has worked with Guy would know that Guy always put his clients’ satisfaction to the first. He was on site to supervise our project every day, communicated with us over and over to make sure he understands what we want, and involved their designer to give us valuable advice. Our expense of the project was exactly what we signed up on the contract, even though they did more work due to our last minute request. High Touch remodeling is experienced, professional and with integrity, I highly recommend them and will definitely work with them in the future.

I had a shower pan leak that caused water damage to the foundation of the house and rotted several floor joists. The entire shower had to be demolished and the floor joists repaired. A new shower was framed and reconstructed. The rest of the bathroom was also remodeled with new floor tile and walls repainted. High Touch did an excellent job of handling all the repairs and took me to the appropriate stores to look for new tile and paint colors. The work was done continuously with few interruptions until completion. They were responsive to all my concerns. I highly recommend them.

I hired hightouch remodeling for my master bathroom project, They gave me a great price, showed up on time, and the project manager was great! He was very honest from the beginning, this is my first time dealing with construction and overall my experience with HighTouch Remodeling was great!
