He is very nice, and polite guy. However his review didn't show on tiles and grout... he seems very good on carpet. But charge too much on tiles cleaning.

He quoted a much higher price when he arrived. Then he said he had a commercial grade deodorizer and would put it in all the rooms. That was $20 extra and you couldn?t smell anything it smelled worse. Then the few spots that should have come up didn?t. We went from a $130 quote to a $183 and certainly didn?t get our monies worth. I?ve had carpets cleaned in the past and they also have a nice smell this smelled like he just put water on the carpet. Not sure where these positive ratings are coming from but every service we have used through home advisors has been a terrible experience and a waste of money. Save your time and money and use a company that is well known.

We are very sorry about your experience with Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning. Our goal is for quality work at reasonable prices. We have made multiple attempts to remedy the situations and the customer has not followed up with us to make this right for them. In regards to the estimated quote increasing when arriving, the customer decided to add more items/places to be steam cleaned and deodorizer which was not accounted for in the beginning estimate over the phone. The deodorizer that is used during the cleaning is an odor-eliminating deodorizer with no scent. Our goal at Hi-Tech is to eliminate odors and not to cover them up with a concentrated scent. During this service we also provided the customer steam cleaning to multiple areas free of charge.
