Hercules Construction did a fantastic job on my basement renovation. I posted my job on Home Advisor. Ike, the owner of Hercules Construction, answered my request for a proposal almost immediately and we scheduled a consultation. He measured the space, and provided a detailed estimate with a graphic representation of the finished project. His cost estimate was very competitive. They started the job almost immediately. The construction supervisor, Leo, was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He and Ike were always available to allay my concerns and handle any issues that needed to be addressed. What really impressed me about Ike, was his constant communication with me about the project status and scheduling. They arrived on time and when expected. If they were not working that day, I was informed in advance. Also, Ike’s design suggestions were excellent, and it made the job very easy for us as he ordered materials, bought the right number of tiles, etc. I plan to use Hercules for additional projects in the future. After purchasing our first home, I decided to get several opinions and quotes from various contractors. Some came in confident and low on price, others I felt were confident that I never did this before. after several tries I met with HGC and having an idea of what I want for our home I shared them with the team. I was able to get great pointers and ideas of where I could save some money and get more for my buck with materials and overall just great design ideas. When I got my quote I right away felt that the price was fair and within the margins of what I expected. Work was completed on time, the quality was not sacrificed and no corners were cut. Even during Covid, HGC helped me find materials and were creative at times when things were unavailable. I appreciated that very much because I needed to move my family in and we were on a time crunch, The final result is spectacular, and I am truly appreciative of all they done. I highly recommend working with HGC. two thumbs up, five stars all around!
