The carpet looked great when they were finished, but still had the kitty smell in one corner. They told me how to treat that and it worked.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was polite, friendly, professional and very pleasant and worked very hard to give us his best effort. We were looking for more of a steam cleaning and deoderizing method and his did not include any kind of in-depth cleaning. The deoderizer he used left behind a strong, perfumy smell that blended in with the pet smell that we were trying to eliminate and the combination was horrendous. We are having the carpest re-done by a company that specializes in steam extraction and hope to have more satisfactory results. Another customer may find his method to their liking. He was a delightful gentleman.

Mark does a very thorough and complete cleaning. I am quite pleased with the outcome. He added the job to the end of his day for me. Thanxz Mark, and your 'assistant' has my thanxz as well; I will use Heaven's Best again when I have have jobs large enough to cover his minimum service call.
