I like they are a local family company; I was most impressed with their approach of pre-treating my home BEFORE termites were found. I bought a home built in 1964 in 2019 as the second owner. Their product makes sense-don't wait until you have termites, prevent them. No trenches, not baiting (who puts bait to attract termites-seems silly if you've never had them). Fast application, and they do a great job of insect prevention (no roaches, ants, nothing with their prevention). No fuss, no mess-dogs and family are safe-the termite prevention product is amazing-do the research it has 15+ years in the market and 'just makes sense'-prevention! Ask questions on the annual inspection fee and what it covers-there are no surprises if you ask all your questions up-front.

hesitate to write this review but from all angles this was a terrible experience. After my first treatment I saw MORE live roaches than the 9 months prior to the treatment. I called to see if they could swing by to do a touch up and they would not. Literally I was like come back, I will pay you, just make the bugs go away. And they would not. The communication was consistently and issue. NOW the reason I'm writing this review, I ended up moving from 1 location to the next in between the 3 month check ins. Apparently they had without my knowledge scheduled the 3 month follow up without letting me know. They left me no message. They did not email, they didnt leave a voicemail. They just came by treated a house I DID NOT LIVE IN and charged me. Honestly. Honest to god, I am so mad. I understand that they did perform a service ( for someone else) and they do need to pay their employees and cover cost of goods etc. But I am so mad. Like I want to cry. Cause now i dont have money to cover the pest control in the house I ACTUALLY LIVE IN. So, yah, i rarely if ever do this to small business as i know reviews matter. But if a business wants a recommendation from me, i would expect either good customer service. good rates or good actual service. And this is 0 out of 3.

Our consultant Nick was great and well versed about pests and bugs. He was very thorough and even came back for free after one of the sprayed areas did not seem to work as well as we had hoped. Very friendly and helpful

Very responsive and thorough. Good value as well. Technician was on time and seemed to do a thorough job.

So far so great! They eradicated our flea problem with one short visit. However, it takes about 2 weeks to confirm that it worked. So, we're waiting to see.

The exterminator Nic was very informative and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
