Harold's AC Repair

Harold was held up by previously scheduled appointments but once he arrived he resolved the problem quickly. He insisted on waiting for a week to ensure the problem didn't recur before accepting payment.

Twice in 4-5 yrs. Harold responded later in the day of the call both times. Both times repairs were made immediately and were effective. Harold is my gi to HVAC guy

I received a quote from a dishonest company for nearly $1,000 to fix my heating system. Harold came in and found they had planned unnecessary work and replacement of equipment that was working fine. He completed the job quickly and for a fair price.

Responded promptly to my query and showed up on-time the next day. He quickly identified the problem and solved it for a most reasonable cost. We will use Harold in the future.

I called Harold around 8AM and explained my problem. He said he could fix it. Harold came right away even though he was a 45 minute drive from me. He opened the back of the hvac unit and immediately said, hereâ s your problem and showed it to me. He had the part with him, replaced it and fixed the unit like he promised. He is honest, friendly, experienced and trust worthy. I highly recommend him to anyone in the Myrtle Beach area.

Punctual very reasonable, explained what the issue was. After repairing the heat pump he called the mfg to see if there was a warranty on the unit before figuring out the bill.
