I have had a solar system through Harmon (Sunrun) for 13 years. It has performed well until recently. The inverter “died” for lack of better term. When we got our system, the customer service was great. Now that we need service, the level of service is terrible. In fact, I have time to write this review because I have been on hold for 25 minutes trying to schedule a service call and I need something to do. In addition to the inverter requiring replacement, we were told our meter was obsolete and needed to be replaced. I was told that the meter would be replaced “when their crew was ‘in the area’ which could be anywhere from 1 to 3 months”. Finally, we received a call to schedule the work. Long story short(er) the meter has been replaced twice and still does not work. I am on the phone (on hold) to try and schedule another service call. When they finally answered, I was told they would contact their (lack of) service department and they would call me back. We’ll see. As a footnote, we discovered our meter has not been functioning correctly for well over a year. Not only did they not contact us about this (they claim that they monitor your system for problems) we have been paying for a service we were not receiving. Have they offered a refund or credit…if you guessed yes, you are quite wrong. Lesson learned, once the sale and installation are complete, the honeymoon is over. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. If you ever have system problems, you become their lowest priority. I give them one star here because you can’t go lower than that.

Professional experience from the discussion of my needs during the sale through installation to finishing the project. There are a lot of moving parts and different entities with city, solar, and power all required to do their parts. Harmon prompt on responses and actions to take care of their end of the work. I was very pleased with the whole process and I would recommend them to anyone.

My solar was activated yesterday. Harmon Solar has done a great job. (This is my second house that I have used Harmon and they do not disappoint!). My salesman Josh Osborn was very informative and answered all my questions. And my project manager Justin Preston kept me informed every step of the way. They were both absolutely great!     We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
