Tom was great and full of knowledge. Was able to get the floor looking brand new and matched all the missing sections like you would have never guessed they weren’t there in the first place.

Tom is the man! Nothing else you can say. How everyone isnâ  t giving him at least 5 stars is beyond me. He is extremely communicative, goes well above and beyond in explaining anything and everything you want to know about. Tom is patient, knowledgeable, and great at his craft. I am hiring him again for another job in my home as we speak!!!

Thomas Grant is the owner of Hardwood Restoration, LLC. He treated my house as if it were his. His pricing is good and my house looks phenomenal! He replaced our old dingy carpet (from 2005) and replaced it with Mirage, pre-finished, 3/4â , select & better red oak. Iâ m extremely thankful to Tom for transforming my house into my palace. We were very pleased with the work Mr Thom Grant did. He was very detailed and knew a lot about different types of wood and the best type of wood that would be needed for our repair. He was very efficient and protected the work area and other areas in the room where work was needed. He cleaned up after himself and chose a time to begin work when it was convenient for us since our schedules can be challenging.

This is a wonderful company. The work was awesome and we will always use them.

We enjoyed our experience up until we noticed 2 areas that needed repair once the project was complete. No additional walk through was ever done by the contractor once he finished. He completed the project and left it to dry that day as marked complete.. The water seal finish had pooled in 2 areas when drying and needed a quick sand and reapply. We reached out several times to Tom but he did not get back to us and extensive time has now past.

Tom is passionate about his craft. Our old hardwood floors look beautiful and are alive again. He is not a miracle maker he can only do so much with wood nonetheless, he is the guy for the job. I only wish the carpet guys from decades past were as respectful of the hardwood. Tom kept in touch, and on schedule.. He explains the process and products. He has a lot of experience to help you with the various decisions that need to be made. We recommend his services.

Tom installed oak flooring in our foyer to match the rest of the first floor. The install is seamless - matching perfectly. The whole first floor was then sanded, stained and received three coats of polyurethane, The result is beautiful. Before starting, the work area was sealed off with plastic sheeting which resulted in very minimal dust throughout the remainder of the house. Touchups and finish work were completed. The project was completed to the quoted schedule. We are very pleased.
