Roof replacement was the work performed. Excellent experience, great crew!

Adam Stephenson (from Hansons) came to my home to provide an estimate for a new roof for my house. He did a great job providing all information and pricing and came up with a solution that I was extremely happy with and was able to get it to fit my budgetary needs. I was extremely happy with his service!

The salesman, Ryan Burdi, was informative and professional. The installation team was efficient and meticulous. We are very happy with the quality of the installed windows.

A fantastic experience start to finish. Our salesman was personable, knowledgable, and explained everything in detail; had sample windows to examine and test out and gave us options for payment plans and helped negotiate our final costs. The measurement tech was equally friendly and thorough. The office staff kept us informed of the window construction and delivery timelines right up to the installers' arrival. That crew was amazing. We replaced 25 windows of every shape and size across a large and tall house. It took this well-oiled machine of a crew less than two full days to complete everything, right down to raking our lawn and sweeping our driveway before they left. They were the very definition of professional. Polite, focused on-task, ready to answer any question, mindful of pets and flower gardens. The windows look incredible and work wonderfully. We heartily endorse Hansons!

They did a good job with my windows

Word to the wise ? don?t use 1-800-HANSONS for home improvements. Just 2 weeks after they installed a new shower, the entire bathroom flooded today when I took a shower! When we called them, they REFUSED to come back out and said call a plumber because they aren?t responsible? Then they actually had the audacity to ask for $450 they added on to fix the shower ceiling, which they weren't going to do at first. We had to go around and around with them to get them to do it. We spent thousands on this and are now without a shower for who knows how long! They also ripped out the top of the window frame and bracket to fit the shower wall then threw them away so we have no way to hang the curtain back up; left wallpaper hanging and removed a piece of tile and left a spot at the bottom of the wall open. When we actually got them to come back and fix it, they put a poultry amount of grout in the hole, which later caved in leaving a hole again! Horrible experience and horrible customer service!

2 guys installed everything and we’re finished by lunchtime. I LOVE these new windows.

Awesome Amazing job

I would never recommend or refer Hansons to anyone, for anything. First off the salesman who originally visited my house to quote a full bathroom remodel, directly lied to me while sitting at my dining room table. I asked very specific questions about the labor force that Hansons would use. I was told there would be a crew of at least 2 Hansons employees performing the demolition and the install, along with a master plumber that would be there as needed. As it turned out, a 1 person crew who was not an employee of Hanson's but rather a sub-contractor who worked on his own schedule. The work quality was average to sub-par and in fact one of the panels was cut incorrectly onsite and I had to wait an additional 3 weeks for a new panel to be made and shipped. Customer service repeatedly told me incorrect dates and timing. Hanson's tried to gouge me with an additional $1,600 for work that was never done. All in all, a terrible experience and I would never use them again.
