I hired Todd to reconstruct a medium sized, dilapidated workshop structure on my property to be used as a candle making studio. I had confidence the building could be improved upon but was not exactly sure what to expect. The tin roof was caving in, the building had fire damage, and it was structurally "askew." Todd started with the the side of the structure with the most damage. The results, thus far, are amazing. The side he is working on looks nearly brand new. I am not only impressed with his attention to detail and craftsmanship but also his willingness to articulate his ideas, processes, and techniques. Finally, his time management is outstanding. I have worked with other craftsman in the past and although they might have done great work, showing up on time wasn't always the biggest priority. I highly recommend Todd for any handyman+ job and more! :)

Harlin was upfront with pricing and schedule. I was surprised and pleased how he was able to keep his schedule. There was cost overrun, he stated he would eat it. However, i insisted we split it.

Todd removed a twenty year old tub, from a Modular home, Todd took on the project, making the required modifications as needed. This included fixing plastic drain pipe that had failed, replacing it with the proper PVC pipe, for proper drainage. Todd took the time to explain and answer any questions, and provided great detail on what options were available with the new tub. Todd is very detailed and takes great pride in his work. I have to say I called several local contractors, and Todd's bid was reasonable and affordable. I would hire Todd in the future for any additional projects.

Todd had redid our shower last year! He did such a great job we hired him to do the rest of our downstairs bathroom. He put a new sink, cabinets, toilet, lighting fixtures, new ceiling paneling and relaid the tile floor we had on their beautifully. It looks like a brand new bathroom! He was on time, very effective and efficient and made sure to clean up everything afterwards. He was very knowledgeable at what he does and made suggestions that made the bathroom look better than we couldâ  ve ever imagined. He did a great job. We will hire him in a heartbeat for our next project! Very reasonable!!! Rhonda.

Todd did a complete finish on our 1300 square ft basement. He listened well to what we wanted and worked with us to build a plan and get all necessary permits. He did this project 80% on his own and so took longer than hiring a team, but the outcome was just what we envisioned and we are very happy with the outcome. Todd was very professional and a good communicator about what was going on with the project and status updates. I would hire Todd again, he was great to work with, I highly recommend.

Todd is a great guy. Not only did he show up on time on the first day, but called me ahead to notify me he was running 5mins late on the second. He finished the job on time and the finish is very professional-looking

I had one idea but Todd helped me with a better solution that was easier to do and a better solution long term. Additionally it took less time and cost less than expected. I would definitely recommend his services.

Great work and exactly what I had in mind. I have an old 1950â s house with a few choppy looking outlets/wiring in the garage. Completely gutted the garage and wanted to add more outlets and light fixtures, and overall upgrade the area. Todd came in and his work exceeded my expectations. The space is now brighter with added lights and more convenient with the extra outlets. Great job. I will be calling him in the future for my other projects on the list.
