Luis is a gentleman. Very conscientious. Did a dozen different repairs; power washing; damaged wood repairs; replace glass door; repaired two pocket doors; and much more. I was impressed at his multiple skills. Very happy with the work. Hire him!

Regrouted patio door & kitchen sink, removed 2 window shades & repaired dry wall to attic entrance which turned out looking great. Price ended higher than quote but I am happy with his work.

Luis was on time, very thorough and even cleaned up the job site afterwards! Hired him to do some repairs to a front door and security screen door including painting and installing a door closer. The painting involved removal of the door hardware, priming and sanding the wood, masking and then painting the door. All of which were done in a short amount of time and to my satisfaction! I am definitely planning to hire Luis again for future projects. Highly recommended.

Luis is friendly, careful and precise. I appreciate that he came over the next morning after I called. He made sure that he understood how far we needed the light switch moved before he cut the drywall, and tried to cause the least damage when he pulled the old switch box out of the wall. We appreciate that he competently completed the work in a timely manner.
