My property management company called this company out in Oct 2019, due to a washing machine leakage. They cut a hole in my wall behind the washer and my ceiling in the downstairs family room. They then replaced the sheetrock with no texture, did not match the paint on the wall, and then billed stating on the invoice that they replaced the drywall, textured the wall, and painted to match the surrounding wall. I received my home in Oct. 2020 after the tenants left and if I could upload the photos the public would see for themselves what very poor quality work looks like. To date, they have not returned my calls (3) to correct their work. I will never recommend this company.

Michael, Ben, and Jay showed up right on time and did the work faster than originally quoted. I asked them to fix some drywall, replace some vent fans, fix some nail pops, install a light switch, and a couple other minor things. They helped me save some money by cleaning and oiling my fans and they also did the last minute add of fixing some minor toilet issues I was having. They were very honest and upfront about costs and I appreciate the speed and attention to detail in the work they did.

I had some repairs needed on my apartment that I rent. The property managers gave Handy Tools the job and they did it in the 1st visit! I had some mold issues. The office lady is amazing, friendly and super down to earth, the guy I had out today (didn t catch his name) was very friendly, explained everything, listened to my concerns, was thorough and had it done in the set schedule time! When it come time to buy a home and I need any repairs, they ll be the people I call!
