Manny took months of supposedly entering my vacant property to fix all the things I asked him to do. He was very good at communicating back with me until I changed the code to the lockbox and then all of a sudden, months later, he requested payment for the work he had done. He did no work. He entered the property often, but NOTHING was done. I don't recommend anyone get ripped off by handy manny. He recommended ?pros? that he found on the streets, my neighbors who were handy, and then charged me an additional fee. I didn't pay him a penny for the work he did which was NOTHING. Luckily he stopped texting me asking me for money

though it took a while the work that we asked him to do was done to our satisfaction.

He took my broken window 2 weeks ago and I have called him numerous times about it and he hasn’t even gotten a price for me from Home Depot to pay for a new window I could have gotten the window myself quicker
