They did a good job at a reasonable price. They were on the job when they sai they would be there and called when they ran into any problems. Good communication . Concerned about doing a good job.

The Hands Down Construction Team did a great job on my fence and gate. They did everything we requested and we're so responsive. Great craftsmanship and great customer service. Hire them, you won't be disappointed!

First off, Jeff has not honored his contractual agreement to warranty his own work. He has left a fraudulent review of his work done for Kevin M. in Eatonton Ga, of which Kevin M. did NOT leave a five star review. It is quite the opposite. Since Kevin M. did NOT leave the review on this site, it could possibly mean that ALL THE REVIEWS ARE FRAUDULENT that are left on this site. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JEFF CANTRELL OF CANTRELL CONSDTRUCTION LLC OR HANDS DOWN CONSTRUCTION OR WHATEVER NAME HIS COMPANY IS CURRENTLY UNDER. The work done was SHODDY and UNPROFESSIONAL. He has used the WRONG FASTENERS (trim nails, regular nails without glue, no wood screws) to replace deck boards and used YELLOW WOOD, which will fail in less than 10 years. Deck boards are popping up from improper fastening, pickets on railing are falling off from the use of interior trim nails, there are gaps between deck boards, crooked/bowed pickets from selecting improper wood pieces, loose railing. He only wanted to use ONE coat of paint for the house and deck, of which I made him do TWO. He was supposed to remove rotten boards before replacing siding, but placed the siding ON TOP OF ROTTEN WOOD. He was supposed to replace ALL ROTTEN WOOD on the window trim, but CAULKED OVER THE ROTTEN WOOD THEN PAINTED IT. HIS WORK IS TERRIBLE!!! To top it off, he was called TWICE - Once in August by myself and Once by Kevin in September and he said he would return the next week (each time) to fix everything to BOTH OF US, BUT HAS NOT TO THIS DAY OCTOBER 14, 2024. It has come down to filing a LAWSUIT to recover LACK OF HONORING HIS CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They did a wonderful job fixing my door after someone else messed it up I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

They fixed my doors and they looked brand new when they finished! I highly recommend them they came on time and got the job done!

Jeff has been very good at communicating with me during the construction project. He also made suggestions to improve the look of the project that I never thought of. I would use him again in the future
