Carlos was awesome and did 90% of the work. Matt did not give me the written estimate as promised but did leave a voicemail with under $1700 which he then raised to $2000 but I refused to pay. He bought too much material and took it to return but I do not think I got credited for it. I still have not received a final invoice even though the work was finished in May. DO NOT PAY THIS MAN WITHOUT A FINAL INVOICE. I trusted that he was honest but now I am wondering if that is why I am not getting the final invoice with copies of the receipts like he promised. I did end up paying $1750 for the job and I am now regretting it.

If I could have 0 stars I would. This guy bid the job then he started complaining he really should have looked at the pictures HE TOOK before stating the bid but wanted not to go back on his word and would do a good job. I asked if he was still willing and OK with following through on the agreed bid and he stated yeah-yeah, I will do it, I want to do right by you. He did not arrive on the day he stated because he his guy did not show up. He was not even sure where he was. I was not told Matt was not doing the painting but his guy. There was overspray EVERYWHERE!-the lawnmower the gates on both sides of the house, the driveway, the roof, the stair railing, the decorative rocks in the front, the bushes. Drips all over the pavement. The paint is uneven-flashed ( the word Matt used) on the north and south side of the house. When I pointed this out early in the job he reassured me they would be back to clean it all up before the job was considered complete-did not happen. Matt stated at the start of the job that payment would be rendered when the job was done to my complete satisfaction but then on day two was asking for payment for various reasons-I and just got ripped off 600.00 dollars by a guy on my last job and I have payroll-I have to pay my guy and I am just a little guy etc it went on and on like this was anything a customer would need to know. I felt bad so paid him more than 3/4 of what I owed him-big mistake after he got irritated when I offered to pay him 1/2. The guy he had painting the house did not appear to be experienced at all with a paint sprayer or taping off. When I called to talk to Angie about the matter they had no record of an appointment with me so they could not help. I was under the impression he was operating through Angis but he was not. He then stated he bought all these supplies that I did not pay for-at no time did I think he would not have brushes and rollers for heavens sake and had many of my own so why would I buy new ones? He states he bought paper and tape paper because the paper I bought was: too stiff and heavy and could not be used. I have been using it to cover the windows on the rest of the house just fine. I had lots of blue painters tape. He kept stating he would let me use his taping gun and other things-why. Not sure. He called me today very upset stating I was withholding payment-I was not even aware the job was completed to my satisfaction as the only overspray took care of was the pavement and the guy said he would be back to clean it all up. My mistake to trust this guy would honor his word but the fact that he did not have a contract perhaps should have been a red flag.

They power washed a property that was overdue for a cleaning. It took longer than they expected but we were not surprised. They stayed with the job and charged us fairly. Very pleasant people.
