Tech is very knowlegeable. trouble electrical problems quickly no nonsense. no waste of time . I did not felt overchaged for teh service. Main breaker replacment trouble shoot receptacles on walls. will hire him again.

Horrible service. 4 calls reqd to get them to come. And they changed the cost up from 125/hr to 160/hr after Sandy. Not happy with how they work. - In response to the resp from the company: The work they are calling "non-emergency" was for fixing our home's first floor electrical outlets after hurricane sandy, with a 2.5 year in tow and 9 months pregnant about to deliver any day ..yes I did consider it an emergency to get my home fixed so it was live-able. If they had been upfront about the costs it would have helped. Instead of saying that they will charge less and then charging more.

This occurred during the Hurricane Sandy emergency work. This customer called us with non-emergency work (although we understand that he felt it was urgent) while we were inundated with hurricane related emergency work (elderly homeowners, homeowners with babies and young children, chemical plants, etc. who were out of power due to the hurricane). Unfortunately we couldnt get to this customer any sooner. With respect to the billing, out technician was onsite for an hour and forty-five minutes, customer didnt want to pay more than one hour. The $160.00 was a goodwill gesture to the customer; otherwise the two hours would go for $250.00.

Hired Haddad Electric & General Contractors to install two hardwired ceiling light fixtures. The service was great, except that they were over two hours late. Once arrived though were very efficient and did good quality work.
