"A++++ experience with Alex in removing 7 raccoons from my property. He responded immediately, set up an appointment for the next day, came to my home on time and offered fair pricing. I had tried everything to get rid of these pests that were relentlessly destroying my garden and on my deck every night smashing planters, etc. I have a small dog I was most concerned about since they killed 3 kittens in the yard. It had become a stressful, time-consuming and expensive problem I had no way of managing. They don't require that you be at home when they do the work - which is great if you're busy and can't really spend half a day waiting around for a service to show up. If there was anything to say at all, it'd just be that they require full payment in advance. Having never hired them before, I would have initially been more comfortable with partial payment to schedule and the rest when completed. That said, they do guarantee their work and I had no problems at all. They cleaned up all the debris very well and left the bags at the curb."
