We were in a bind. Hot, humid weather and no air conditioning. My husband called an HVAC business from a TV ad. They couldn't come for 4 days. I called Angi's and got an immediate response from HVAC Jack. He arrived within an hour, assessed the problem and repaired it. As Jack was finishing up outside, he detected the smell of gas. We had a leak. Jack was extremely helpful: he called the local fire department to shut the gas off then call Atmos, our gas provider for a repair. Jack stayed until the fire department arrived to shut off the gas so we would be safe. How many repairmen would not only respond quickly to our immediate HVAC problem but contact the fire department and gas provider before he left. I would use HVAC Jack again and again if needed.
