I had this hacker put a new bath, sun room, and deck off the back of my home. My Home Advisor does not allow pictures to be added but I did add pictures of the sinking deck to the BSD website who this hacker purchased from. If you have had this hacker build you a composite deck or are considering please beware. I just finished working with Timbertech/Azek who manufactures the composite I used and they educated me on what this corrupt man did that null and voids the warranty. Timbertech states in their installation instructions that camo screws are not to be used with this product as it voids the warranty and causes damage to the boards. Not only did he use the wrong screws he did not use lag bolts to attach the band boards to the footers he used wood screws which cant support the weight of the deck the entire deck is sinking and the deck boards are curling and bow. I've had 2 deck specialists look at the deck and they can not believe the terrible workmanship and that an inspector did not pick up on the lack of hardware used to support the deck. He has had the post taken down but like, I shared you can go to the BSD of Ocean View Delaware website to see the shabby work he did. This crook should not have a license to build a birdhouse. And he keeps using the same reviews on this site as the one from a California customer. I have over 50 pictures from the shoddy work he did not just the deck. Unfortunately, Home Advisor does not allow pictures. But I feel so strongly about this post and am concerned other customers will get screwed and bamboozled. Oh and do not use his drywaller either. Mallicky Drywall out of Berlin Md. All his tape is peeling and the drywall is cracking and pitting. The walls are pitted with tiny holes everywhere.

We had a complete kitchen and laundry room remodel. The project involved floor, cabinets, new lighting, load bearing wall removal and recessed beam placement(s). We were pleased with the project. Glenn and his whole team were so easy to work with throughout the entire project. Our kitchen is amazingly beautiful.

Several friends highly recommended H.O. Miller Builders, and Iâ m very glad they did. I had areas on my home where the siding and windows needed to be replaced due to water damage. Glen and his crew identified the problem areas and did a great job of replacing the cedar siding, trim and windows. I would certainly recommend them and plan to continue to use them for future projects.

I have worked with Glenn and his workers on project through the years and they are very professional and do excellent work . Ed.

What can I say , a family business that is very professional, knowledgeable, and definitely would be my choice for any other work I would want to have done. It is hard to find a company that knows the value of your time and priced the job right from the first meeting.
