I donâ t think Iâ ve ever written a review- but I must say, Harris is excellent. I called him back for 2 other jobs and can tell you he is professional, quick and efficient. His quotes are reasonable and his work speaks for itself. He is highly recommended in our town - FP, and I will happily attest to that! Thank you for fixing a century of old plumbing into modern/standard plumbing!

Great service and professional

This is the first ever review I have ever written. My encounter with Harris at HG plumbing and Heating solutions was so exceptional that I feel so compelled to share my experience. I have used many plumbers over the years to service my house but Harris stands out above all. I recently called him for a clogged kitchen sink that would not drain. He responded immediately and was able to fit me in within his busy schedule. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated but he corrected the issue. During the entire process, he explained clearly and thoroughly each problem and options on how to correct it. He used the most advanced techniques and updated tools to solve the problem. He took great pride in his work and was not satisfied until it was completely repaired. In summary, he is extremely professional, a skilled expert, punctual, and tidy. His work is extremely meticulous, thorough, neat, reasonably priced, and to code. Above all, he has great communication. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing and heating needs. I had a wonderful experience with HG Plumbing. Harris, the owner, is an expert at what he does. He is reliable, efficient, and extremely kind. I am a first time homeowner and Harris helped inform me every step of the way. His work is incredible and his prices are reasonable. I am so happy with all of the work he did. Harris, the owner of the company is a true professional. He came to our home with his assistant in uniform and walked us through the entire process in installing a new gas boiler. He made us aware of all of the town code requirements up front so as to avoid any potential issues. He gave us a clear itemized quote within a few minutes that turned out to be very reasonable as compared with our present heating service as well as some other companies. We were truly impressed and after a day or two decided to engage his services. The job began this past Monday and was completed by Wednesday as promised with minimal downtime without heat. We could not have been happier with the installation and cleanup and recommend him highly. To sum it up Harris is reliable, respectful, neat and kept us informed every step of the way. Bravo!

I selected one specific project, however, HG has performed several plumbing projects for me. Every time, I was greatly satisfied with the service. Harris Giotis is a very knowledge professional who is respectful, on-time, and responds to calls immediately. He treats your home as if it was his own. He goes above and beyond when trying to fix your plumbing issues especially when it comes to older homes like mine. I cannot say enough good things. I am someone who appreciates reviews but only gives reviews when I feel they are deserving of being recognized.

HG Plumbing showed up on time with the appointment. The work was performed very well. He made numerous good suggestions for other projects in the house. He responded to price inquiries well. I definitely would recommend Harris to any business or homeowner.

Very good first-time experience with Harris, the owner. Arrived same day we called to address leaky valve in basement ceiling. Friendly, neat, reasonable rate. Would use their service again.

Harry was extremely professional with a written estimate and receipt after payment. He obtained the sink, installed it and installed a new faucet. He had to remove a cracked sink. He put on booties to cover his feet when he walked in and placed a cover on the carpet, very neat and clean. He came on time. The sink looks better than the original because he sealed it properly. I highly recommend HG Piping Solutions.
