I am very pleased with my new windows. I used Home Genius Exteriors to do my roof, gutter protection, and now Windows. This is an absolute amazing company, my salesman brendan was very helpful, Devan the Project Manager helped make sure everything went smoothly. Walter and Mike also from production were very friendly and professional. And Shawn, the window installer was polite,knowlagable, and efficient. And even cleaned up on his way out. Next on the agenda is to get a new door taken care of. Highly recommend HGE

They are a large company and they approach their clients in a very impersonal way. Its just like a factory line. And no one knows what the other person is doing.

Initially we were not notified ahead of time of the arrival of the materials. They arrived early and banged on the door, my wife had to answer the door in her robe. After that things went pretty smoothly. The crew showed up promptly and got right to work. There was not much communication with the crew, since they didnâ t speak English much. The forman did speak English and that was fine; however, a change in the flashing appearance on our front porch roof could have been better communicated as to why it was changed, and the benefit of the change. Overall good job, thanks.

They focus on excellent customer service. No high pressure sales tactics. They vet and train subcontractors. Their consistent track record of excellent reviews sold me on doing business with them. Very happy with the results.

The lack of communication and follow-up with issues has been a really trying experience for me. I am still waiting for a resolution on an issue. The roof itself looks great, but the promise to handle issues has yet to be determined.
