They came and did a decent job cleaning my gutters for a reasonable price. I schedule my gutters to be cleaned, spring and fall. However, the last 2 scheduled appointments were blown off no call no show. Always an excuse, very unreliable with texts or phone calls, at one point I texted are you still in business. This last time Dave the owner assured me he will be at my home on 6/8 between 8-10 am...again no call no show. I have given this vendor Gutter Pros many chances to be professional but doesn't seem to be in its DNA. Surprising that this is a Angie approved vendor...even they have become unreliable.

I didn't hire them. didn't know to answer yes or no because they came to work without me confirming the job. I spoke to Gutter Pros & they said they were coming to give me a quote. They didn't come for a quote, but showed up on 7/11/25 and started working . They cleaned the gutters, they also suggested moving a gutter & power washing. They were going to send me a quote. I asked about installing gutter covers and they were going to send me a quote & an invoice for gutter cleaning. They never sent me an invoice or quotes. I called many times but a recording said voicemail was full. I also texted, they didn't respond. A neighbor gave me advice about gutter covers & when he was on the roof & saw the gutters, said they weren't cleaned well. I recvd an email tonight from another company from Angi's List saying they're coming tomorrow to clean my gutters What the Heck?? Gutter pros were very nice people but it seems like there's a huge lack of info w/ Angi's, the Pros & me?
