Guaranteed Renovations was our company hired to clean/stain our deck. The deck was only 1 year old, so time to clean/stain. Peter came out to do a site survey, then we scheduled the cleaning/staining about 2 weeks later. Peter is a solid professional and very knowledgeable with regards to clean/staining decks. He did an outstanding & high quality job on our deck. We are extremely pleased. Highly recommend Guaranteed Renovations for clean/staining decks. We plan on hiring them for additional work on our house.

Guaranteed Renovations not only good quality services but also excel in work ethics dependence and knowledge. like all of us, we got have gotten burn once our life time to the point where contracting companies have gotten a bad reputation but Guaranteed Renovations has proven them wrong. Not only did they do the extra mile, but they really do care about your satisfaction and take pride on what they do. Bottom line is , if you want piece of mind with quality work, good work ethics and dependence...I would highly recommend this company.

Guaranteed Renovations is will give you a prompt and professional experience! They are extremely knowledgeable, honest and pleasant to work with. We have a metal roof that is only 4 years old that had paint peeling off everywhere. They instantly recognized that primer had not been applied and that the wrong paint for metal was used. Job well done. Highly recommend these guys!

"Pete the painter" was incredibly patient with us as we had to push back the job a number of times owing to snafu's with other contractors. He was great about communications - always prompt to answer questions, fair, and very professional. Recommended paint for us and had us use his account to get the discount! We are already talking to him about an exterior paint job! Could not recommend him more!
