Grounds Management Landscape and Tree, LLC

From the moment I met Rich (the owner) I knew I wanted him to take on my project. I had other companies lined up for quotes and I cancelled them. My backyard project has just been completed and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. His company is very punctual, capable, and professional. They left my property looking better than they found it. Rich is a very capable designer and came up with the details. I had some electrical work done and my electrician said it was great working with his crew. I plan on doing more projects with Grounds Management in the future.

Rich and his crew came when they said they would. They did more that I expected, removing pavers and bricks and leveling them. They relocated plants and planted them in planters that I bought. This is the best my yard has looked in over 20 years. I am looking forward to relaxing in my newly planted yard.

This is a late review. In 2014, the workers cut down about 10 trees, ground the stumps, and did a great job. They were careful, attentive and cleaned up afterwards. Also, they tried to minimize damage to the lawn when driving onto the lawn with their bucket truck. However, they did leave some indentations from driving onto the lawn. Rich (I believe is the owner) offered some loam to fix the indentations, but after waiting 3 years, he sadly never delivered. I give the workers a 5 and Rich a .5 (should be a zero) for a promise that he never honored. As a result of his lack of customer care, the overall rating is 2.5.

They've been cutting my lawn for a few years now and i have never had a complaint. Well run outfit.

Rich, who is the apparent owner of this company, returned my call immediately, came out to look at what I needed done which was to trim my tree which was interfering with my phone lines and hitting on my roof and reduce the size of my arbor vitae - he suggested that it would be smarter to remove my arbor vitae altogether - since it had quadrupled in size and was taller than my two story house - and also take out its partner on the other side. He quoted me a very reasonable price, did the work when he said he would, cut the stumps right down to the ground (removing them would have damaged the bushes around them), left NO debris whatsoever, and came in right at his quoted price. I cannot say enough good about this company!

I previously posted a short glowing review for Grounds Management. If I could have rated another star, I certainly would have. Great service, on time arrival, immaculate clean-up and very professional techniques in assuring no collateral damage to shrubs/grass or phone and power lines etc. They more than exceeded my expectations of a well run company. I asked that some smaller diameter limbs be cut in 4 foot lengths and stacked for firewood, which they happily did. Amazing group of workers. Thanks Rich, and his hard working crew. I won't hesitate to call you when I need you again!
