From the personable and courteous customer service to the execution of the work, this company exceeded my expectations. In addition to keeping their word regarading the quote and my personal requests regarding the cut wood and leaving the stump cut down to where I wanted it. Not only did they remove three oak trees two of which were about or slightly greater than 24" in diameter from between two dwellings very professionally and safely, they also gratuitously cleaned out my gutters. I would reccomend this company whole heartedly to anyone looking for similar services and will no-doubt utilize their services in the future.

From quote to clean-up, this is one professional outfit. The removal of the 36 inch diameter, 80 foot tall Maple was expertly done by a hard working, detail oriented crew. I highly recommend this service as a reasonably priced, customer focused, well managed tree service.

I liked this company from the start because of the "philosophy" of the owner. My issue was a pine tree that overhung the house . Other companies wanted to remove the tree or just one side (double trunk). Rich's solution was to prune only the branches that jeopardized the roof. He also pointed out a tree in front that was dead and would have impacted my neighbor if it falls. The crew showed up 5 mins early and went right to work. They pruned two trees, took one down and cleaned all the scrub trees from the area. You would never know they were here. They even cleaned the gutters.

Great job no complaints

Very friendly and experienced crew. Cut down an extremely large ash tree with minimal lawn damage and pruned a cherry tree. Owner also showed me where I could prune a dogwood tree myself.

The owner contacted me immediately and quoted a reasonable price. They were there early and got right to work. I had a very large oak tree close to the house. One of the logs flipped coming down and bumped the house, it cracked some of the siding. They were back the next day and replaced the siding that was damaged. They took down two more trees. They took all the wood. I was happy with this company. I will be calling them to do some yard cleanup in the spring.

My huge oak tree was removed and the stump ground down under the earth and you would never know they were there. They took the tree down quickly and cleaned up the yard leaving just the wood I asked to keep behind. I would highly recommend Grounds Mangement to anyone.
