I needed to have my roof cleaned and treated for moss removal. I contacted several business to receive estimates for the work. Curiously - Andre from Greystone was the only person who actually climbed a ladder and stepped onto my roof to closely examine it before he made an estimate. From the very start he was an excellent communicator and organized contractor. I would advise anyone considering whether to hire Greystone for their roof issues - to spend some time reading the high praise their customers leave after their work is completed. Just knowing that Greystone had earned the highest possible ratings from 98% of their respondents left me with high expectations. I was not disappointed. Andre was very attentive to my concerns about various approaches and products for moss removal. He researched questions that I posed. I concur with all the others that his prices are fair. It is clear that he and his team have high standards. They didn't leave a trace of dirt

Wanted to build a ADU for my mother to live on our property after my brother passed away. We had no idea on a lot of the process. Andre had installed egrass window for us a few years ago and we really like how honest and approachable he is. We contacted him and explained what we were trying to do. He did a lot of research and planning, he went the extra mile to make sure it would meet all requirements. We had a few hiccups not on his end it was just product suppliers, holidays ext. so it fell a little behind but it was a very large project so I was fine with it. I would hire Andrea again any day and actually plan on it. So I’m giving a 5 star if I could give more I would my family’s very happy and mom mom is 10ft from her grandchildren.

He is easy to work with and explained the status of the project in terms a layperson like me could understand - and he went out of his way to accommodate my schedule.
